​​Important Notes for Online Payments

When making payments online, please include your Bright Stars scholar's name(s) for proper allocation.

You can Pay Online the following, One-time Fees:

+ After-School Registration Deposit
+ Summer Camp Registration Deposit
+ Field Trip/Excursion
+ Bright Stars T-Shirts
+ Late Fees
 

Paying your After-School and Summer Camp Deposit fees here will secure your child's spot.

 

Preferred Payment Method for Weekly Tuition: Procare

Our preferred method for paying weekly tuition fees is through our Procare system. Once you receive your Procare invitation, please set up your account and choose your preferred payment method as soon as possible.
 

 

Payment Schedule

Bright Stars' weekly tuition fees are scheduled at the beginning of each week. Payments should be made before your child attends on Monday.


Invoices are sent out on Monday, with payments due by Friday for the following week.
